How to participate:

Fill-in the inquire form at http://www.shermanshoes.net for the lucky drawing from August 16, 2001 to November 15, 2001. You will be asked to provide your name, your e-mail address and your postal address to participate in this lucky drawing every month. Each person can have three chances to be the winner during the promotion period by only submitting your inquire form again every month on www.shermanshoes.net. But each participant only can submit its entry once a month.

How the Game is Played:

Each month, a lucky guy will be randomly selected by Sherman Shoes at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time). The game will continues for 3 months and Sherman Shoes will pickup the winner by September 15, 2001, October 15, 2001, and November 15, 2001. The winner will be given USD $100.00 by check for that month and will also be posted after the drawing on the Shermanshoes.net website.

Eligibility:

This promotion is offered only to residents of the United State. You must be at least 18 years or older to play. Principals and employees of Sherman Shoes and K.S. Group and their immediate family members are not eligible (immediate family consists of husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother or children).

General Conditions:

On August 16, September 16, and November 16 of 2001 year, Sherman Shoes will send an email to notify the winner within 30 days after picking up the winner. The winner should confirm and reply the email to Sherman Shoes. After receiving the confirmation from the winner, then we will mail out the check to the winner. If we do not receive the confirmation within 7 days, it will result in disqualification and the winner will lose their right to claim the prize.

Winners further grant to Sherman Shoes and K.S. Group the right, but not the obligation, to use and publish their proper name and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with Sherman Shoes. Winners constitute permission for Sherman Shoes and its marketing agency to use winner’s name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Conduct:

By entering the lucky drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted at the ShermanShoes.net site throughout the contest.
